Personal Training & Duo Training
Whatever your goals are, we will work towards it with full focus and fun. As input for our Personal Training & Duo Training sessions, we combine the latest input from science with practical experience coming from a never-ending search for movement- and training disciplines. No nonsense proven principles will be mixed with experimental discoveries to create the most efficient and exciting training. The constant overlapping pillars are body composition, strength, mobility and movement.
Bodycomposition
Natural and healthy aesthetics by losing fat, gaining lean, athletic muscle mass and/or increasing muscle definition.
Strength & mobility
Strength is the stable anchor of a human body. We will work with- and certainly without weights as well, as in only bodyweight. Without proper mobility strength is pretty useless and can even harm. A strong and flexibel body functions best.
Movement
In our definition good movement means moving as humans are supposed to move. Depending on your level we will take the necessary time to go through the fundamental movement patterns. From there we will increase the efficiency, intelligence and quality of your movements that will improve your natural human biomechanics. The further you get the higher your state of flow will be; unconsciously intelligent, self-organising, interactive, physical control.
