Our experienced breath coach has a unique and effective approach. His personalised sessions combine the physical side of efficient and healthy breathing with a wide range of breathing exercises drawn from various methods.
Breathing is a unique physical process that directly influences our physical and mental state, and we can choose to control it whenever we want. That means we've all got access to a very powerful and flexible tool. Now it's time to learn how to use it properly.
Depending on your needs and preferences, exercises can include diaphragmatic breathing, connected breathwork, pranayama, Systema, Buteyko, controlled hyperventilation and freediving techniques, alongside various tried and tested calming exercises.
As well as offering a sure path to reducing stress, our breath coach can help you with physical endurance, energy levels, sleep problems, poor posture, even asthma symptoms.
Following the intake, the initial package comprises three personal breath-coaching sessions. The intake session includes:
–Assessment of your current breathing style and health
–Consultation on your priorities
–First in-session exercises
–Recommendations for daily at-home exercises.
Sessions are available in personal-, or duo coaching.
