Swedish massage 

Swedish Massage emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions. The pressure is usually soft to medium . The technique involves rubbing muscles together in the same direction as the flow of blood. It improves  circulation, relieves muscle tension, stretches tight ligaments and reduce emotional stress.


Deep tissue massage 

Deep tissue massage uses a medium to deep pressure. It combines long strokes with acupressure points. The main purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in the muscles and connective tissues. It improves the circulation, removes blockages, relieves pain and promotes mental health.


Thai yoga massage 

Thai yoga Massage combines acupressure techniques to assisted yoga. It can be performed with or without oil and the pressure is usually strong. The therapist follows the body meridians alternating different pressure techniques to passive yoga stretching. Thai massage improves flexibility, promotes blood and Qi circulation, alleviate pain, removes blockages and generate a deep sense of relaxation.


Hot stones massage

Hot stones uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones, rich in iron and able to  retain heat. This massage begins with a traditional Swedish massage to prepare the muscles, soon after combined with the warm stones. The heat coming from them warms the muscles, allowing a more intense pressure and a general sense of relaxation.

For all massages you can choose between 60 or 90 minutes.
