FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS BASED TRAINING

Having two certified Human Foundations (HF) Practitioners with Functional Patterns on board at Staetsgeheim, we are dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live pain-free. The Functional Patterns based Training programs will help you restore efficient, functional movement through a system rooted in the principles of evolutionary biology.

Programs start with an extensive movement, posture, and gait analysis. From there, we create a fully personalized program focused on achieving your goals.

With a passion for biomechanics and holistic health we bring a sharp and experienced analytical eye to our sessions, combining precision and patience to guide clients toward sustainable results. We complement this with a dynamic and intuitive coaching style making each session not only effective but engaging and empowering.

We will use different types of equipment such as:

  • -Wattson functional pulley machine

  • Official Functional Patterns equipment, such as leg- and torque straps, RG Lever, RG Bar, Leverage King, RG Bell, Functioneck

  • Paraball, paramace, indian clubs, slamball

  • Myofascial Release balls

Through many examples of observational evidence regarding the system of Functional Patterns we are convinced that we can reshape how people understand movement, moving beyond the aesthetic and into function, purpose, and longevity.
