Our specialized prenatal and postnatal trainer guides you in a safe way through training during pregnancy. You can also be guided after the birth to get back to sports in a responsible way and to work on your recovery.
During and between training sessions you will receive the information and skills to become stronger and more mobile. Because we focus on what is appropriate for you at that moment, we do not waste time and energy on useless exercises.
