What is Pilates?

Pilates is for everyone and benefits each individual body. It focuses on whole-body wellness, healing through movement, the mind-body connection and breathing. Because of the low impact, in addition to the great benefits it can provide as a form of fitness, it is also a wonderful form of exercise for rehabilitation. The workouts are designed to the physical and mental needs of the individual client.


We use different types of Balanced Body Pilates equipment such as:

- Balanced Body Reformer 3x

- Trapeze table (also known as the Cadillac)

- Ladder Barrel

- Spine corrector 3x

- Springboard 3x with push through bar

- Combo chair 2x


Our bodies need something different every day, so each session can have a different focus. If you want to get started with Pilates in a safe way, we can guide you in this. The lessons are intended to relax your body, strengthen it, improve your balance, develop posture more and above all that your body feels comfortable and relaxed after every session.

You can choose for personal - or duo pilates sessions.
