As input for our Personal Training & Duo Training & Triple Training sessions, we combine the latest input from science with practical experience coming from a never-ending search for movement- and training disciplines. No nonsense proven strength principles will be mixed with the latest functional training insights to create the most efficient and exciting training.
PROGRAM
Programs start with a movement-analysis, screening your lifestyle, and measuring your weight and skin-folds. From these insights, we create a personalized training, nutrition, and lifestyle plan with a clear goal in mind. We stay closely connected to guide you toward sustainable, long-lasting results. During the training sessions, the constant overlapping pillars are physique, strength, mobility and movement.
Physique
Build a natural, healthy physique by losing fat, gaining lean athletic muscle, and enhancing muscle definition.
Strength & mobility
Strength is the stable anchor of a human body. We will work with weights, by using the pulley machines, and classical equipment like barbells, dumbells and kettlebells. We will also use bodyweight exercises and bodyweight-based equipment, such as resistance bands, TRX, and rings, to strengthen and mobilize your body. Without proper mobility, strength is largely useless and can even be harmful. A strong, flexible body functions best.
Movement
In our definition good movement means moving as humans are supposed to move. Depending on your level we will take the necessary time to go through the fundamental movement patterns. From there we will increase the efficiency, intelligence and quality of your movements that will improve your natural human biomechanics. This will enable you to train more intensely and dynamically, and to reach your goals safely and long-term.
